Step 1 - Questionnaire &
First Meeting

I start by getting to know you, what you like, your daily routine, your nutritional history and what you want to accomplish.

Step 2 - Personalized Nutrition Strategies

Then you will receive a personalized plan based on what you like, your daily routine, and your goals.



Step 3 - 30-minute sessions


1:1 sessions every other week to talk about your plan, answer your questions, educate you and help you in your journey.
